1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Order Process
Once an order is placed, payment is processed immediately using the available payment methods.
Payment confirmation guarantees the reservation of the product and the start of the order preparation process.
3. Product Characteristics
Nora Chantre Swimwear products are designed and handcrafted with attention to detail.
Some pieces may include decorative elements or hand-applied crystals. Due to their artisanal nature, each piece is unique and slight variations in details may occur.
These variations are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
4. Order Preparation Time
As some items are made to order, preparation times may vary and may require additional days before shipment.
5. Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days from delivery.
To be eligible, items must:
- Be unworn
- Be in perfect condition
- Include original packaging
- Have all tags intact
- Have the hygiene seal intact
For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be tried on over underwear.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Incorrect or Defective Products
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, you must contact:
info@norachantre.com
within 72 hours of receiving your order.
Once verified, the product will be replaced.
In these cases, all shipping costs will be covered by Nora Chantre Swimwear.
7. Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued using the original payment method.
Refunds may take up to 10 business days from receipt of the returned item.
Shipping costs will only be refunded in cases of defective or incorrect products.
8. Decorative Elements & Accessories
Some pieces may include decorative connectors or crystal elements.
These are delicate components and must be handled with care.
Damage caused by misuse, impact, pulling or improper handling will not be considered a manufacturing defect.
Such items are not eligible for return or refund.
9. Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Spanish law.
Any dispute arising from the use of the website or purchase of products will be subject to the courts of Spain.
