Returns & Exchanges

We offer you the possibility of making an exchange or return of the purchased product within a period of 14 calendar days from when you receive the order as long as the item has not been used, is in perfect condition, with its original packaging, bag, interior labels. and exterior and hygienic protector.  

All customers pay their returns. Shipping costs are not credited to your credit or exchange.
Please note that any item returned to us that is faulty will be checked before a replacement is sent. When an item is found defective due to the buyer's negligence, the buyer will be responsible and no free replacement will be offered.

RETURNS OF WRONG OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS 

If on any occasion, by mistake, you receive an item that you have not ordered or with a defect, please contact us at info@norachantre.com within 72 hours of receiving the order. We will manage your exchange as long as the product is unused, in perfect condition, with its original packaging, bag, interior and exterior labels and hygienic protector. Once the product has been examined, we will send the new item. The collection and subsequent shipping costs will be at our expense.
